For those that would like to pay by check or money order, print out the order
form, fill it out, and mail your order along with the payment to: Adaptations,
Inc., 5 "F" Street SW, Ardmore, OK 73401. If you pay by check; please
note that we will not be able to ship out your order until we have bank
approval.
Shipping and State Sales Tax Information
Oklahoma sales tax will be calculated according to the Oklahoma Tax Commission -
County Sales Tax Table.

It is our policy to fill and ship orders within 3-5 business days after the
order was placed. Transit time on Priority Mail shipments are 2-4 business days.

on package weight and will be manually adjusted at the time of shipment.
